Beautiful OCEANFRONT Kauai Condo with Spectacular Views & Beach Access
COVID-19 -
During this time of the pandemic, anyone needing to cancel a reservation because of Government Travel Restrictions, Quarantines, Flight Cancellations, and pre-travel positive test (medically documented by the testing agency) directly related to COVID-19 will be given a 100% regardless of the standard cancellation policy. Cancellations for any other reason will be held to our standard cancellation policy.
Also, Our unit is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, ALL linens and towels are changed out with freshly cleaned linens, All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant, and we have installed a wall mounted hand sanitizer dispenser on the interior near the entry door. This dispenser will be filled between each guest.

To our Wailua Bay View Condo, Unit 106, located on the East shore of Kauai in Coconut Coast town of Kapa’a. Spectacular panoramic ocean views of the expansive sandy beach of Wailua Bay awaits you.
Our 740 Sq Ft. fully equipped ground floor condo features a spacious one bedroom and one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area, a comfortable living area and on the top of the list, a lanai that affords you with a million dollar view. Our smoke free, air conditioned (bedroom) and (living room) condo accommodates up to four people with a king size bedroom bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a totally SMOKE FREE complex. Beginning January 1, 2019, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
The condo is centrally located, only a 10 minute drive from the Lihue airport and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and various activities such hiking, kayaking, bicycling, swimming, and sunbathing and even a highly rated Luau. The location is conducive to sightseeing actives on the north and south sides of the island. Drive north towards Princeville and Hanalei to experience the lush back country of Kauai and the Napali Coast or head south towards Poipu and experience the amazing Waimea Canyon, the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”.
We are hopeful you will enjoy your stay at our condo and most importantly your time in Kauai!
RENTAL CARS
We highly recommend that that you secure your rental car reservation PRIOR to booking this unit. This summer there appears to be a shortage of rental cars available in the islands. Failure to be able to secure a rental car DOES NOT qualify as an exception to our standard cancellation policy.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Waipouli, a neighbourhood in Kapaa. Holoholoku Heiau and Hikinaakala Heiau are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Nawiliwili Harbor and Kamalani Playground. Smith's Tropical Paradise and Lydgate Beach are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
