This newly built house is ready to be released, whether you are traveling as a couple or with the whole family, our house has everything for an unforgettable vacation: swimming pool, large garden, space to work, free parking. Decorated with a passion for art, you will find all the comfort you need.
Located in a peaceful and quiet residential area, just 10min drive from the famous Costa da Caparica, with good restaurants and stores nearby.
Caparica is the famous beach of the Lisboans! Known for its 10km of sandy coastline and ocean, today it is home to both Portuguese and foreigners, who have decided to move to this natural haven, which is only 30m by car from the center of Lisbon. More and more surf schools, yoga studios, co-works have emerged in the last years, creating more opportunities and experiences for anyone visiting.
Known for its beautiful sunsets, its quiet pace of life, its beach bars and surfing, it is considered by many as the best beach closest to the Portuguese capital. Come and enjoy a unique vacation in this paradise!

I think what makes my house unique is that it's so spacious, new, clean. The little garden with evening sunlight is so nice to relax. Overall the area is very quiet & peaceful and the location: you are so close to one of Lisbon's most stunning beaches!!
