Overall pretty good. Pros: size, location, porchesCons: no kitchen towels or rags to clean counters or dry dishes/hands, several bean bags missing from corn hole game, and a lot of buildup on the shower liner in the downstairs bathroom (super cheap & easy fix)

Check in was easy, hot tub was great, lots of things to do or see. We were an older group so maybe better lighting in kitchen area (brighter bulbs). Glad we took my truck with high clearance we would stay again!

Cute and comfortable - bring a truck

The place is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to hiking/kayaking. The driveway is very steep and covered in loose gravel. We had trouble getting both of our trucks up the incline and have tire damage from it. The cabin is stocked very sparingly with pans and cooking utensils. The dishwasher was not attached to the cupboard and the under sink wiring looked a bit sketchy.

This was a nice cabin. Very clean. Host would text any responses need. With that being said, the issues we had were not big things but need to be awareof: Remotes in the living room to tv, there were 5 on the table with 2 of those without batteries. Finally found the one needed. The remote or the tv in bedroom not working. Never tried the one on porch. Not enough towels for 4 adults for our stay and no washer/dryer to make that workout and some of the wash rags stained. There are 2 bad spots in floor in living room that got tripped over. No one hurt. Commode seat was cracked and would move on you.Despite that we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that need repair. The chair in the living room is broken and needs to be replaced The dishwasher needs to be mounted in the cabinet. When you open the door the dishwasher falls half way out. The towel rack in the bathroom needs to be remounted. In addition we needed kitchen towels. It was difficult to clean and dry dishes and the counter. We ran out of paper towels half way through our stay.

BUSY BEAVER REVIEW

The cabin says newly remodeled, i would have to say thats it not. Dishwasher falling out of cabinet. Grab bar in shower falling off wall. Water spicket in shower loose. Not clean at all clean sheets and towels in bag in closet instead of where they go. Had to hunt for them. Also did not like the large deposit being charged. Stayed in this area before never had that charge.

Thank you for the input on the cabin. The guest failed to mention that we have brand new appliances and granites counter tops. Along with new flooring and furniture throughout. Also we never heard from this guest in regard to anything being an issue until that left. In the future please let us know if you have an issue and we will be glad to stop by and make it correct. VRBO requires the deposit if you choose to not purchase insurance.

Disappointing

We arrived and the AC didn’t work. 84 degrees in the house. After a few hours with no response we were told a guy would be out in the morning and we could open the windows (it was 85 degrees outside). Miserable night. Thankfully it cooled down the next 2 days. Two towels were dirty. One covered in mascara, one a crusty brown substance. Dirty dishes in sink and dishwasher. Property was fine, experience wasn’t great. Have stayed other places in town and had outstanding experiences.

Nicely renovated cabin in good location

Cabin was newly renovated and they did a good job with it. Beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. The only issues we had were low shower head in upstairs bath and not being able to get local TV stations to work. No Sunday football! However, great dining table for playing cards and we enjoyed the cornhole set and hot tub. Great location between Hochatown and Broken Bow so close to everywhere. Recommended!
