Contemporary family house, 200 m2 very bright, 3 bedrooms, large living room, glass roof, large garden with swimming pool.. terrace and siesta guaranteed in peace ;) free private parking in front of garage, very quiet and family environment with shops and tram nearby, A country air 5 minutes from the city centre and 50 minutes from the beaches and St Emillion :) ... looking forward to welcoming you (no party possible, thank you;)
