The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, all opening onto a beautiful outdoor space. The terrace includes a garden furniture set with a parasol and a dining area covered by an awning, with an adjoining plancha grill. The entire area leads to the 8x4-meter swimming pool below, with sun loungers.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds and one single bed, and a shower room with toilet.
Easy parking is available at the entrance to the building. Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle for an additional fee.
The pool is shared with another couple, who use it very rarely and early in the morning in peace and quiet.
