Convenient Location to Beach but a little dated
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice one adult and 2 kids. Roomy enough but very outdated. Carpet older than my grandkids who were with me. Two blocks from beach. Did not like having to get hotel package for 350.00 and all you get is a newspaper every day...who has time to read on vacation. Had all amenities needed. Pool nice but small. Laundry facility on every floor was nice. You do not get room service every day. It was only 2 x's in 7 days. They do not monitor the pool so the whole neighborhood goes to it. Homeless down the street in front of church was sketchy since it was just me and 2 grandkids. The place is nice but too expensive for what you get. Great cafe for breakfast or lunch.
