Immaculate 3 bedroom sleeps 8. 1,900+ sq. ft. residence loaded w/upgrades & all the comforts of home. 15 min from the strip & airport. Open layout w/tile floors; baths; large bedrooms w/fans, kitchen w/breakfast bar plus 500 mbps WIFI. Escape outdoors w/a a cocktail & relax on the patio, grill on the BBQ, soak in the heated spa or snuggle up on those chilly nights w/ a warm fire in the fire pit. Fully stocked w/ plush towels, cotton sheets & top of the line mattresses for your comfort. Loads of table games for your entertainment plus a dartboard, pool table, poker table, old school PACMAN arcade machine and outdoor games available with cornhole, connect 4, and Jenga. Welcome to Vegas! Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. Pack and plays are available upon request.

With the recent publicity and concern of the COVID virus, we are taking extra measures to complete a deep clean of our residence after each guest's departure following all CDC guidelines. Everything was just as described! We enjoyed cooking several meals in the well equipped kitchen featuring gas cooking and a nice gas grill on the patio where we grilled steaks. The hot tub was comfortable at a constant 102 with room for 4 of us. Nice little patio to relax on and enjoy the cool mornings. I would suggest adding a screen to the back patio door for allowing the cool air and sounds of the birds singing in the home without the bugs. The master has a king sized bed that was firm enough to wake up feeling refreshed! The master also has access to the patio and hot tub along with a well equipped bath and large closet! Another couple who stayed with us said their queen sized bed was comfortable and suggested an additional night stand next to the bed would make it perfect. We enjoyed great family time at the card table playing games and did use the pool table a few times. We parked our Jeep in the garage and felt very safe at the place. Great location close to a beautiful park and stores, but far away enough away from the freak show of Vegas. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was quite comfortable. Rooms were good sized and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is large and it was an open concept with a nice layout. Hot tub was large and easy to use. We enjoyed the stay and had zero complaints. Communications with the owners were easy and honestly weren’t used much because we had everything we needed. Great location in Henderson as well!

Perfect little zen house

This was the absolute perfect little house for my friends & I to stay while attending a workshop in Henderson. It was quiet, comfortable and had fun little touches like the pool table, card table and arcade game. The hot tub was a welcome addition to relax our sore muscles after photographing all day. I would definitely stay here again when in the Henderson area.
