Ocean Front with breathtaking views from every room. Our one bedroom, one bath, well equipped condo sits on the bluff of Kauai's beautiful North Shore.

Completely remodeled from floor to ceiling, including a new walk-in shower, new kitchen/bath cabinets and koa flooring. All furniture is new too, including the comfortable king bed overlooking the ocean. The livingroom features a new sofabed and a pair of day chairs to sip your favorite drink or read your book. The unit centers around a cute Lanai, where you can soak in the fresh ocean breeze and watch humpback whales offshore.

Located in the Princeville community, there are two world class golf courses. Hanalei is only minutes away by car and features numerous restaurants, eateries, surf shops, gift stores and coffee shops. Just minutes past Hanalei is where the apex of aesthetic beauty can be witnessed, with the road winding along between a deep ocean, exquisite beaches and towering peaks, ending at Ke'e Beach and the start of the world-famed Na Pali Coast, some of the best hiking on the planet. If you want to stay closer to home, a 10 minute hike takes you to the hidden Sealodge Beach, where you can often find yourself alone with the sea.

Complimentary Air Conditioning for those who prefer something cooler than the ocean breeze that flows through the condo. Newly renovated outdoor pool and wifi also available.

The unit is on the second floor. Access requires walking a downhill path and going up 3 stairs.

Great condo!! Nicely remodeled, had everything you need for the beach and to cook! Great views - sunrise and sunset. Great home base for all the north shore beaches and sites. Bed was very cozy …. We wish we could figure out what kind of bed it was so we could get one at home! We will stay here again if we ever get back to Lauai!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Princeville condo and hope to come back some day. The condo was spotless with all the amenities we needed, great location on the northern side of Kauai, and a beautiful ocean view!

We had a wonderful stay at this cliffside condo in Princeville! The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the ocean and lush greenery each morning felt like a dream. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, bright and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Kauai and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the island.

We stayed here for one week in June, 2025. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the living room window overlooking the coast. The condo was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to be able to do laundry during our stay.

Loved this condo, so nice to have views of the ocean from every room. The outdoor patio was great for morning breakfast. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit too! Condo had two air conditioning units which were adjustable so that we could keep the condo at preferred temperatures. A grassy knoll outside of the condo offered awesome sunset views!

The apartment was great and the view absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and stocked with towels, kitchen items and beach items (umbrella chairs snorkels, etc). The TV was huge and the AC did the job. But we mostly had it off and the windows open when there as the breeze coming off the ocean was so refreshing.

Incredible Experience in Paradise

We loved honeymooning here and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Princeville. Views are 10/10, appliances are new, large TV was great. The north side was our favorite place in Kauai and this was the perfect spot to take it all in.
