We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

Sunlight filters into the living room as you sink into the sectional and watch the electric fireplace glow. Step out to the fenced backyard, where the patio invites slow mornings with coffee and easy evening conversations. When it’s time to play, head downstairs for a foosball match or gather for a movie on the lounge TV. With quick access to Denver, Boulder, and Golden, you can spend days exploring and return to a calm home base.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably host up to 10 guests. Upstairs: two rooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk, toys, and a pack-n-play. On the lower level: one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries.

Living spaces
The main floor centers around an inviting living room with an electric fireplace and TV. A separate yoga room offers a quiet spot for stretching or meditation. Downstairs, the lounge doubles as a game room with a foosball table, oversized sectional, TV, and board games. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, and portable fans help keep you comfortable.

Kitchen & dining
Cook with ease in the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals. Coffee and a simple spice station are ready for your morning routine.

Outdoor living
Relax in the large fenced backyard with patio furniture - a handy setup for pets and kids. Parking is straightforward with a two-car garage, private driveway, and additional free street parking. The private entrance and smart lock make self check-in simple.

Amenities
Stay connected with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection. Practical touches include a washer and dryer, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, iron, clothing storage, and essentials such as towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. This pet-friendly home welcomes your four-legged companions too - fee applies. Babysitter recommendations and a laundromat nearby add family-friendly convenience.

Neighborhood
Set in a quiet, easily accessible Westminster neighborhood, you’re minutes from Water World, Standley Lake Regional Park, the Butterfly Pavilion, golf courses, and Old Town Arvada’s restaurants and shops. Downtown Denver is about 16 minutes by car, with Coors Field and the Highlands around 12-13 minutes, Golden about 19 minutes, Boulder roughly 23 minutes, and Red Rocks Amphitheater close to 25 minutes. Quick highway access makes day trips smooth across the Denver-Boulder corridor.
