We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

This inviting Westminster home is designed for families and friends to gather, relax and explore, offering new furnishings, thoughtful amenities and a central location between Denver and Boulder.

The space
Spread across two levels, the home welcomes you with a bright, open main floor. A sun‑filled living room with an electric fireplace and smart TV flows into a redesigned kitchen equipped with new countertops, stainless‑steel appliances and a fully stocked coffee and spice station. A roomy sectional and ample seating let everyone gather comfortably, while a separate yoga room invites quiet moments of stretching or meditation.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. Upstairs you’ll find three cosy rooms: two with queen beds and a third with a twin‑over‑twin bunk plus toys and a pack‑n‑play for little travellers. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and another has two twin beds. Each level has a full bathroom with newly tiled walk‑in showers, modern fixtures and plenty of towels and basic toiletries.

Downstairs & entertainment
The lower level doubles as a lounge and game room. Sink into the oversized sectional for movie night on the smart TV, challenge friends to a foosball match or break out the board games provided. An on‑site washer and dryer are tucked away for longer stays, and central air conditioning keeps the entire home comfortable year‑round.

Kitchen & dining
The redesigned kitchen features new counters, stainless appliances and all the tools needed for cooking—from pots and pans to a coffee maker and kettle. A dining table anchors the space and invites you to linger over meals.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a massive fenced backyard with seating areas and room for pets (up to two dogs). It’s perfect for morning yoga, afternoon barbecues or evenings under the stars. The large two‑car garage and private driveway offer convenient parking.

Location & activities
This property sits in a quiet, safe neighbourhood minutes from Denver’s major highways, putting downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden and the Rocky Mountain foothills within easy reach. Local attractions include Water World, Standley Lake Regional Park, the Butterfly Pavilion, golf courses and Old Town Arvada’s shops and restaurants. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a group getaway, this Westminster home provides a comfortable base with modern conveniences, fast Wi‑Fi and an e‑manual full of local favourites.

Driving around the area is easy and accessible. Lyfts/Ubers are plentiful and take merely minutes to arrive.
