Heated Pool and Spa Home

Welcome to your slice of Paradise!

A beautiful kitchen, dining and family room await you with glass sliding doors that open to the covered lanai and screened in spa & pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for your grocery items. The square table in the dining area seats six plus there is seating for four at the breakfast table and two at the breakfast bar. The family room is comfortably appointed with two over stuffed couches, 65" flat screen smart TV with free Hulu with live tv and plenty of seating. WiFI is provided throughout the home. Each of the two bedrooms have their own televisions.

The home features upgraded memory foam king mattresses in the master bedroom and two upgraded memory foam queen mattresses in the guest bedroom. In addition the dining room has a trundle bed that features two twin beds. We also have a crib and highchair in the closed den off the master for your little ones.

The beautiful pool and spa is comfortably heated at no additional charge. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill.

A plethora of dining and shopping experiences are all within close proximity. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mercato Entertainment District, Pavillion Center, Waterside Shops and two movie complexes are all nearby.

Very Nice In North Naples !

House is in great location with easy access to 75 and 41 plus in a sweet residential neighborhood which was walk friendly. The beds Are super comfortable and layout for our family of 5 was terrific. The house is well stocked for an extended stay. The pool was a bonus as was having a separate space for our granddaughter. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful cost house with a spa!

We had a wonderful time at Ashley's house. The spa and pool were the highlight of our stay. With a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds the whole family enjoyed the stay, and we would love to come back another time. Ashley was very responsive to all our questions.

Great Location

We stayed while moving our daughter into Ave Maria University. The house was a quiet respite after busy days on campus. The location was not far from campus, and close to Naples beach access/shopping/dining. The pool was wonderful. We liked the openness of the space. Would definitely stay stay again.

One month in Naples

My husband and I, and our 2 dogs, rented this lovely home for a month to explore Naples. The home is very well maintained and the pool is a definite plus! The location is close to shopping and the beach....easy to get in and out of the addition. We would recommend this home for your vacation! Wonderful house!

This house had everything we needed. It was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Spent lots of time in the pool and the big fenced backyard was great for my dog to run in. It is exactly as the pictures show. And was very clean with very nice touches like a welcome sign and bottle of wine waiting for us. Would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great week.

Wonderful vacation home

For our first time in Naples this was the perfect home! It provided almost everything we needed. The host, Ashley, is very friendly and left us a bottle of wine which my husband and I enjoyed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! The beds were clean and comfy. Everything was clean when we arrived. I washed and cleaned as much as I could before leaving. I love the privacy of the yard and home. We enjoyed making a nice Christmas dinner. Thank you for hosting my family! I hope to come again because Naples is BEAUTIFUL!

Exactly what we were looking for

We absolutely loved this property. The room with the two beds was perfect for our family with little kiddos. We loved the pool and lanai. Our only issue during the whole stay was after someone came to clean the pool the hot tub wouldn’t hold water, but Ashley did eventually send someone who fixed it. During this issue we were still able to use the pool, just not the hot tub. She was very quick to respond except one day when she had a family emergency, but we understand life happens. We are already planning our next trip!

Wonderful stay in Naples!

The house is beautiful, clean and organized. Super nice neighborhood, safe and comfortable for a family with a young child. The pool is big and the hot tub super fun. We had an issue with the garage door and Ashley came by personally to fix it! (It was us who did not know how to operate! Lol) The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessary things when we arrived. The garage is extra clean and organized. The owner has bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available for guests. Also many inflatable ones for the pool. We had a great time and will definitely recommend!

The stay of me and my family was generally very pleasant, very comfortable and we had very good times at the property.The only problem was the air conditioning that didn't work well the first day.the a/c was set to 75 and up.I think it is a very high temperature for the summer where very high temperatures are recorded.temperatures of 72 degrees are very good temperatures for both summer and winter and more when you have a Smart thermostat.despite this single detail I plan to return in the future.

Review of our stay.

The property and neighborhood were great. Very quite location. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We did not know enough about how to maintain the hot tub and when the hot tub drained the second night, it never filled back up and we were unable to use it. It filled up the very last morning we were at the house. A little more information about how it works would have helped us understand what was happening. There is no way to communicate with the owner except through email and I did not have my computer with me so no way to ask questions.
