Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the village of Férel. It has a floor area of 149 m² and can accommodate up to 15 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a large fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and five shower rooms. You can enjoy outdoor space of around 300 m²! Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright 65 m² living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to the terrace
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A bathroom and a separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 2: en-suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom and toilet
- Bedroom 3: en-suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom and toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 4: dormitory-style area sleeping 7, with 5 single beds (90×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine.

Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (8×4), open from 1 May to 30 September and heated from 15 June, secured by a roller cover. The pool’s opening dates are not binding and are subject to change. Sun loungers will be provided.
- A 120 m² north-facing terrace surrounding the swimming pool, with garden furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the fine weather
- A second 90 m² south-facing terrace, with a covered area
- A kitchen area with a barbecue

The house is ideally situated in the heart of a small village, a 10-minute walk from the port of La Roche-Bernard. You can relax in a peaceful and very pleasant setting. All essential shops are within 5 minutes’ walk, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Nearest airport: Nantes, approximately 73 km away (51 mins by car)

Other notes:
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The rates quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, we kindly ask you to avoid excessive noise
- The house, which is semi-detached and ideal for a peaceful stay, is not suitable for hosting parties.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change, subject to favourable weather conditions. The swimming pool is open until 8.00 pm

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
