Custom build in the estate neighborhood of Rancho San Diego. This home was specifically designed as an VRBO and the finishes were picked to spoil you during your stay. 5'x9' glass entry door, walls of glass, 12' horseshoe eat-in island, all Zline black stainless steel appliances, all bedrooms have walk in closets, indoor to outdoor fireplace, 50' long entertaining space that branches to the separate 4 bedrooms, 18' ceilings and much more. New Hot Tub installed.

There is a circular sidewalk 'racetrack' in the front yard with brand new turf putting green. Trails on the back of the property cover over one acre. The wrap around, horseshoe deck allows for amazing views and great entertaining/relaxing space.

A real home away from home!

This was the perfect choice for our weekend in San Diego! The house was incredibly clean, fully stocked with appliances and extra treats in the fridge! Plenty of travel sized toiletries min the bathroom, which was perfect because my daughter forgot all of hers! The neighborhood is quiet and calm and at check out you aren’t required to clean the entire house for them. This is the perfect rental for a family or friends getaway, we would stay here again and highly recommend that you do too!

Floating vacation

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s bday. This house was perfect and lavish in every way. The views! The comfort! The style! All 5 star! We were able to stay inside most of the time to enjoy the house, watch tv, play games and relax. The hosts were so easy to connect with and provided so much. Thank you and see you again soon!!

Incredible Stay!

Ashley and Chris were absolutely amazing hosts. They were extremely responsive, brought over anything that we didn't bring with us (kids toys, games, high chair, bike pump, etc). And their beautiful brand new home was better than the pictures! The layout of the house was perfect for our large family with small kids. They asked us the entire time if we could buy the house, they loved it so much. We definitely plan on staying here every time we need a place to stay in the San Diego area.

Why they chose this property

This is a custom home that was designed and built by us. It fits the property and community perfectly. It is a brand new construction that has a very modern vibe while being perched up at the top of a cul de sac on over an acre of property. High end finishes, 18' ceilings and huge wrap-around deck.
