If you're looking for some peace and serenity, this location is close to everything yet tucked in the Black Mountain area of Henderson. 20 minutes from the strip. There are so many hiking/biking trails, a bird sanctuary, beautiful parks and you are a 15 minute drive from Hoover dam with spectacular views of Lake Mead. There is high speed internet and cable. Valet trash. 24/7 Pool & Hot tub. Gym. Several outdoor areas to gather for cooking or hanging out. Washer/Dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Smoking allowed on the balcony. This is a quiet gated community. All the comforts of home welcome you to Nevada. I prefer long term rentals but am flexible. Ideally for someone perhaps looking to relocate or in town for prolonged business. Longer stays can result in lower nightly rate.

Could not be happier

The accommodation itself is very well kept and I'm very impressed with the amenities and cost. Staying in the apartment for nearly 3 months wasn't a chore at all. Kristina clearly takes pride in the apartment and was very kind and hospitable. Really couldn't have impressed me more. The location is a little far out but with a car it's not hard at all to get around. There's ample parking at the apartment. Overall, a very pleasurable ~3 months
