About this property

House in Luberon with private pool, plenty of comfort and nature

It offers a spacious shaded front terrace with dining table, barbecue and table tennis and a swimming pool (5m x 10m) with sun loungers and parasols. The garden around the pool was in 2013 created.

You enter the house through the bright lounge / diner. You will find a large dining table, two comfortable sofas, a TV (German channels), a DVD player, a music system and a fully equipped open kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker). Through large glass doors you have direct access to the garden and pool. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with a second fridge, washing machine, shelves, ironing board and iron.
Right from the living room leads a small hallway to the bedroom wing. Here you will find a bedroom with two single beds and three bedrooms with double beds (one 140 cm double bed and two 160 cm double beds). The fourth bedroom has its own shower room with toilet. Another shower room and a separate toilet are available. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Super Ort!

Die Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund war super. Es hat so viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten in nächstem Umkreis, das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gemütlich und zum Verweilen ideal! Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert.Sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit kleinen Abzügen

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Dame vor Ort war super! Das Haus ist riesig - allein der Wohn-Ess-Bereich hat über 80qm und auch die Schlafzimmer (klimatisiert) und Badezimmer sind angemessen groß, ebenso die Kleiderschränke. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, einzig die Lagermöglichkeit für nicht gekühlte Lebensmittel war sehr begrenzt. Die Lage ist ruhig, dafür kann man nichts wirklich "zu Fuß erlaufen" und braucht für alles das Auto, aber das war von uns so gewollt (Aufpassen: siehe unten!) Kleine Abzüge gibt's dafür, dass die Ausstattung teilweise doch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein paar Beispiele: die Ventilatoren im Wohn-Ess-Bereich (notwendig, um bei 38 Grad nicht einzugehen, da dieser nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt) sind sehr wackelig, wir hatten ein Mal den Griff zur Toilette buchstäblich "in der Hand", der Hartplastikstuhl brach beim draufsetzen einfach unter uns zusammen, die Schlauchummantelung in der Dusche ist porös, der Poolkescher ist direkt abgebrochen und der Griff am Badezimmerfenster saß sehr locker. Der ein oder andere Euro müsste also vom Besitzer investiert werden, dann wäre es perfekt. Noch eine kurze Anmerkung (wofür weder der Besitzer, noch die Agentur etwas können): ACHTUNG bei Buchungen im August!! Ein paar Felder weiter findet Anfang August das sogenannte "INSANE Festival" statt. Heißt: 4 Tage Technobeats in größtenteils sehr nerviger Lautstärke bis nachts um 4 Uhr! Also unbedingt den Termin vor der Buchung checken. ;-)

Provence,Lavendelblüte

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Abseits gelegenen, ruhigen Haus sehr genossen und konnten jeden Tag viele verschiedene Tiere beobachten. Anfangs Juli wenn überall der Lavendel blüht ist es in der Provence besonders schön. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Im grossen Pool konnten wir uns nach der Rückkehr abkühlen. Grüsse Markus
