This private villa offers a peaceful retreat with its own pool, spacious interiors, and all the comforts you need, just seven minutes from the world-famous Grand Anse Beach.

Located in the residential neighborhood of Lance Aux Épines, the villa is conveniently close to the U.S. Embassy and other diplomatic residences. You’re only a short drive, and in some cases, a pleasant walk from St. George’s main beaches, marinas, supermarkets, restaurants, and hotels.

The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own television and basic Netflix access. The living room and kitchen also include televisions for added convenience and entertainment.

Enjoy a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with dining area, independent dining room, comfortable living room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and both indoor and outdoor patios surrounded by seasonal tropical fruit trees. A private pool and garage parking complete the space.

Perfect For your Island Getaway!

We had an amazing time at our Hosts home it was beautiful with just enough touches of home. It was close to excursions, food, the beach , and awesome nightlife . I would recommend everyone to stay here our host and Caretaker Beverly were heavenly and we’d stay again anytime!

A very nice comfortable villa. Spotless rooms and comfortable beds. Close to the beach: about 7-8 minutes walking to a small sandy beach. Very safe place. Easy and quick communication with Arelis. Very pleasant stay at the villa.

Very nice

This home was in a lovely area and we could walk to a few restaurants. The pool area was nice and the beds were comfortable. Definitely get the air in the downstairs living area.

My family and I had a great stay. The location was fantastic, and the communication between the owner and host was excellent. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the complimentary drinks as a welcome gift and the going-away gift of Grenada's best spices. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Visiting with a group for a wedding

Had a lovely stay at this villa! The hosts were very communicative and physically greeted us at check-in and check-out. They answered all our questions and even gave us a little welcome gift. Having a rather larger group (9 people), the private outdoor space was a nice bonus.

Great rental, highly recommend!

The house and property are great: very nicely finished with large rooms and bathrooms, and having our own patio and pool was great for the sunny afternoons. Everything was clean, and our hosts and their property manager were super attentive, friendly and helpful. It’s a short (albeit hilly) 10 min walk to the beach and some nice restaurants. My GF and I highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to Grenada.

Excellent Property in excellent location

Very clean & well organized. A few additions will help guest experience, coffee powder or pods, milk powder and some tea bags, Also include lower level air-conditioning even at additional cost. Otherwise great experience. Great location & very good communications. Surely recommend this place to anyone.

Thanks Ranga for your review. We already have coffee, tea, brown sugar, salt, pepper, etc available. The Air conditioner on the lower level is available for an Extra fee. We preferred to leave it optional rather than force guest to have it and increase the rent fee. Once again, thanks for your recommendations.

Quietly Amazing

This property has been totally updated from the pictures that were online. Extremely clean and on a lovely, quiet street. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. Location was 10 minutes from airport and very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend. If you need a great tour Guide would also recommend Joseph at Ace Ventura Tours. He is knowledgable and very safe in his driving. Enjoy Grenada.

The area was quiet, safe and beautiful with lots of greenery. The villa was clean and homely. Our hosts Arelius and Samantha communicated with us constantly and answered many questions. From the moment we arrived the Villa immediately felt like home .

The Villa was clean and Nicely decorated. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided . The TV room was one of our favorite room the sound system while watching a movie was amazing as we needed a few nights at home because of a tropical depression. The villa is conveniently located to resturant ,bars and the beach. Prickly Bay was our go too . We will definitely stay here again . Thank you to our gracious host .

Beautiful Home

Overall, the house is beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe, comfortable and at home. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I would recommend is the ac downstairs be included in the rental price. It was a bit difficult to enjoy the dinning/entertainment room and cook in the kitchen without air conditon. Management was attentive and pleasant, resovled minor issues quickly. We loved our stay. We will definitely recommend this villa to others.

Location & Tranquility

We had an excellent stay at Sweet Home Grenada. The villa is beautiful, and has everything you could want in a rental. The main bedroom suite is on the 3rd floor and is massive. The 2 other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and share a bathroom. On the main level is the kitchen, outdoor patio and pool and a beautiful dining and living room. The location is simply perfect. Minutes walk to the beach, small stores and is located within a quiet community. The drive to Grande Anse and the main grocery store is short and easy.Would highly recommend renting a car so you can explore the island and all it has to offer.The host is great. Super responsive, and helpful.

Sweet home Grenada

Everything above our stay at "Home Sweet Home " was amazing, it felt like home away from home. Samantha was very welcoming and knowledgeable when we arrived. The house felt very light and airy, it is well maintained with up-to-date equipment. The location was just perfect for our family, but you must have transportation at this location. The bedroom are large and comfortable. The kitchen was stock with Coffee, Tea and sugar etc. We also requested the A/C in the kitchen where we congregated most of the time we are at the house. Our family loved hanging by the pool to relax after a long day out. Thank you Host for providing all the necessities we needed to make our vacation exceptional. STAY IN LANCE AUX PINES GRENADA

The property is every bit as described in the pictures and more. The welcome drink was excellent and host was always available upon request. My family had a great time and we plan to visit again. The only downside was that on first contact with the host the rules were a little intimidating because there was so many. The place is beautiful and speaks for itself. I feel for more comfort they should keep it simple minus the decorative bedding, pillows or certain ornaments. Its very close to the beach so I believe simplicity works in this beautiful place. The host are very inviting and accommodating but on initial contact my family was a little intimidated by so many rules because we respect people's property very much and it kind of gave off the feeling we would be walking on egg shells. My only recommendation is to not have so many decorative items that could be damaged. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this place to everyone. Great property and even better host. I will definitely return.

Comfortable and relaxing

Location is quiet and isolated but a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. We had a car and would recommend one if you are ready for island driving. Fruit trees in the back but I was a little early for full ripeness. We had a great time there.
