Wunderbare Unterkunft

Die Finca isr genau so wie sie beschrieben wurde! Sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Pool ist einfach geandios! Die Unterkunft ist etwa 600 m vom Strand entfernt! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl oder Aldi sind etwa 2 Autominuten entfernt! Es kann gut gekocht, gegrillt, entspannt oder einfach nur übernachtet werden!

Haus war wie beschrieben , bis auf ein paar kleinere Mängel. Badezimmertür schleife am Boden. Kaum Ablagefläche im den Schlafräumen und Badezimmern. In der Küche fehlten einige kleinere Küchenhelfer.

Ruhig in angenehmer Atmosphäre

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Die beiden Terassen bieten die Möglichkeit den ganzen Tag die Sonne zu genießen. Die Räume sind groß und bieten ein schönes Ambiente. Die Nahverkehrsmittel sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns toll erholt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit nochmal buchen.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder war sehr gut. Leider fehlten bei Anreise 3 Liegen (wurden noch nachgereicht) und auf dem Balkon standen nur 7 anstatt 8 Stühle wie beschrieben. Der Wäscheständer war defekt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, vermittelten in der ersten Nacht aber ein feuchtes Gefühl, wie lange nicht gelüftet. Staubsauger und Putzutensilien wären hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten haben wir uns besonders mit der großen Küche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Casa Marian ist wirklich wunderschön und entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich bewerte sie nicht mit sehr gut, da drei Türen im Haus über den Boden Schleifen, was bei einer Gruppe besonders nachts sehr nervig ist, wenn jemand zur Toilette geht. Die Kaffeemaschine hat ewig zum Kaffee kochen gebraucht. Die Kaffeemaschine hat ewig gebraucht! Wasserkocher fehlt! Wir empfehlen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter, auch die Lage ist perfekt!

Perfektes Ferienhaus im Vorort von Ca’n Picafort

Das Haus ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt es einem an nichts mangeln, besonders die Klimaanlage sorgt für erholsame, angenehme Nächte. Der Salzwasserpool war sauber und erfrischend. Durch die excellente Lage ist man in 7 min Fußweg in einer kleinen Bucht mit sauberem Sandstrand der bewirtschaftet ist. Unmittelbar anschließend befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet, das durch Wege erschlossen ist und ebenfalls den Zugang zum Meer erlaubt. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit!!

We hebben een fijne week gehad! Enkel jammer dat de bbq vooraan in het huisje staat en niet proper was. Ook het huis zelf kon voor ons netter gepoetst zijn bij het aankomen. Contact met de eigenaresse was heel goed! Verder een mooi zwembad, fijne badkamers en ruime kamers!

schönes Haus, sauber

Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand, Ausstattung der Küche ist zu gering für 8-10 Personen. Die Badezimmer auf dem Gang, nur 1 Bad en Suite. Lage des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Schade, dass es keinen Safe gibt im Haus. Die Balkontüren können nicht verschlossen werden.
