DESCRIPTION:
Take the time to live ‘a la Nicoise’ by being in the heart of Old Nice and on the most famous square: ‘Place Rossetti’.
You will do everything on foot, the Saleya market in the morning, the beach at 300 metres, its tramway at 50 metres.
Charming flat for 4 people.
It overlooks the Place Rossetti, its fountain and its cathedral. It will allow you to spend a holiday away from time and your daily routine.
Located on the third floor of a building without lift.
Comprising a large air-conditioned living area with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each adjoining a bedroom) and 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
Fully equipped, your stay in Nice will be enchanted by the charm of the flat, the beauty of Nice and its magnificent Old Town.
Being located in the heart of Nice's historic centre, it can be noisy, but the flat has double glazing in every window.
You are in the heart of a historic district. Everything is within walking distance: narrow streets, churches, the opera, monuments, local shops (including the Cours Saleya market), restaurants, terraces, parks, château hill, etc.
THE APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY CLEAN AND READY TO WELCOME YOU SAFELY in accordance with the new airbnb covid-19 standards and those of the CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention)
Before your arrival :
the accommodation is completely disinfected using powerful products purchased and used for this purpose (bactericides and virucides as you can see from our photos) to provide you with maximum security and allow you to enjoy your stay with us in complete peace of mind.
All surfaces have been disinfected (cuffs, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, handrails, household appliances, keys, bins, etc.).
All linen and textiles are washed at 60° and installed after the flat has been disinfected: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc.
When you leave:
You can leave your keys in the flat without any contact.
(We would simply ask you to leave all the windows open when you leave to allow the air to circulate and to slam the flat door behind you).
