My spacious, 180 square meter, bright, sunny and quiet apartment overlooks a beautiful Mediterranean garden and courtyard. It's charming, has a modern kitchen, high ceilings, double sided windows, has air-con, plus all you need for a pleasurable stay. It has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own private bath/shower and toilet. It is in the center of Nice, they call it the golden quarter. Each master bedroom has its own private modern bath or shower room and toilet. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and overlook a quiet courtyard.
Sheets and towels are abundant and graciously of course included.

The neighborhood is great, it’s four blocks to the beach, two blocks to the historical center and the Promenade du Paillon; made up of fountains, gardens and a play park for children. The neighborhood has everything from movies, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, galleries and more. The train station and bus terminal to travel around the Riviera, is also just a few blocks away. Place Massena, condsidered Nice center, is 3 blocks away, where most festivities happen; the Jazz Festival, Carnival, outdoor concerts and more.

Arrival time 4 pm (If you arrive earlier you may leave your suitcases at the flat)

Airport Arrivals:
The tram is right outside the airports exit. The travel time is 30 minutes to get to my stop Jean Medecin, one block walk from my home. Easy if you dont’ have too much bagage to carry.

Car arrivals and parking in Nice:
Park at Nice Etoile parking lot. Diagnonally across from the flat. There are Daily & weekly rates. Get a ticket from the machine upon entering, go straight to the office, pay for the number of days you need ! That ticket permits you to come and go from the parking lot as you please.

Concerning the flat:
GARBAGE BINS are at 40 rue Pastorelli (around the block, basically the front garden )
You’ll need the GATE CODE: 5540B (push with energy). Enter through the gates, the bins are in the corner to the right, behind the wood wall.
Please close all doors and windows when you leave the apartment.
Beach towels are the multi colored ones.
Laundry please always empty the water collector for the dryer, top left, it pulls out. Please Clean the lint catcher for the dryer too, on the door, just pull upwards.
Stove top Please do not use abrasive sponges on stove top.
Sink No Coffee down the drain, please etc….
The dishwashing liquid is the blue bottle FINISH or SUN.
Air conditioning Please don’t change the programs for the remote controls. They are completely programmed now for cool air. All you need to do is turn them ON/OFF or cool UP/DOWN. Each air con has its own remote control. Please be careful not to leave them on all day if you are not at home. The space cools down quickly.
Neighbors & discretion please just say you’re friends or family :)

Monoprix: Gourmet food and more. Jean Medecin, 3 blocks north.
Casino: conveniency store, is behind Nice Etoile
Bakery: next to Casino 
Chez Paul Bakery - across the tram street (open sundays)

Markets:
Marche Liberation: great farmers market, 2 tram stops north. Open everyday but monday.
Cours Saleya: Food & flower market everyday. Restaurants, bars & cafes, shops. Mondays are the Antique Fair. Summer months Cours Saleya has an art market at night.

- Old City & the Château: belvedere view, park and ruins, on the hill. There’s an elevator.
- Garibaldi & Port : up & coming quarter
- St Jean Cap Ferrat, (cap walk beautiful), Monaco, Villefranche, Eze, Biot, Antibes, Cannes etc.
- Modern Art Museum is at the end of the coulee vert
- Chagall Museum just take the 5 bus, right outside my door
- Matisse Museum is just a few stops further. 

PS For further info just in case:
In the bedroom with the shower: the drain is very small so if it gets clogged quickly. There’s a small tool to help pick up the vertical drain, a small tool is in the drawer below the sink, just empty or clean the drain please.
