House NiKa **** is located in the center of the old and historic town of Omišalj (located on the 85 meter high cliff) on the island of Krk. This charming house, which dates from the 19th century. Century, was completely renovated in July 2016, it is original stone appearance, new with wood interior intertwined. The house (100m2) with a modern kitchen, living room and toilet on the ground floor, stunning bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and another bedroom with an extra bed and toilet on the second floor. The distance to the beaches 500m. The house is located in the pedestrian area, everything you need is very close to you (restorants, bars, church, bank, bus stop, shops, doctor, post office ..) and it has great parking for our guests 50 meters away. Omišalj is an ideal destination for a family holiday that the events in the summer for a pleasant tourist stay, but also for an active vacation (swimming, walking, cycling, diving ...) rich.

Traumhafter Ort mit sehr schönem Haus

Vorherige Kommunikation, Anreise, Hilfe beim Gepäck war perfekt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Es war alles da was man benötigt. Ana ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin, die sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder gemeldet hat ob wir etwas benötigen. Vom Haus zum Parkplatz sind es 4min zu Fuß, in die zwei Lokale an der Kirche sind es 2min zu Fuß. Omisalj ist ein kleines malerisches Städtchen, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants an der Promenade und im Städtchen sowie tollen Stränden. Da wir unseren Hund mithatten, sind wir überwiegend ins 12km entfernte Rudine an den Hundestrand gefahren, welcher ebenfalls wunderschön ist. Wir können Omisalj und Ana weiterempfehlen, wer keine Lust auf Massentourismus hat und wirklich Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gruß

The whole stay from start to finish was amazing the host was great, the island has some beautiful views and the property was lovely, clean all the things you could need and the bed was one of the comfiest i have ever stayed in. Would highly reccomend to anyone, they even gave us a lift to the bus station with all out bags free of charge

Ein Traum *****

Die Kommunikation ist mit dem Gastgeberpärchen mehr als nur vorzeigbar! Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Altstadt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zu jeder Zeit ist Familie Cetina erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wunderbare Menschen! Im Haus gibt es auf jedem Stockwerk eine Klimaanlage und vor jedem Fenster ist ein Mückenschutz angebracht. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns kalte Getränke und weitere Überraschungen. Man braucht ab der Ankunft theoretisch kein Auto mehr. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir wurden am nahegelegenen Parkplatz erwartet und es wurde uns das Gepäck sogar ins Haus gebracht. Die Stadt ist zum verlieben wunderschön. WENN OMISALJ, DANN BEI HH NIKA:). Hvala dragi Obitelj Cetina za ove ljepe dane u vasoj prekrasnoj kuci. Vidimo se opet! Poljubac

Wunderschönes Haus/Beautiful House

English below Ein wunderschönes Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Omišalj. Das Haus kann nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreicht werden, es gibt aber separate Parkplätze. Das Haus war sauber und beinhaltet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht (inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchenzubehör) Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich, haben Extrawünsche wie eine frühere An- und spätere Abreise akzeptiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder! A beautiful house right in the historic city centre of Omišalj. You can't park infront of the house but there are separate parking spots. The apartment was clean and tidy and contains everything you need for your stay in there (including bedsheets, towels and cutlery). The landlords were extraordinary friendly and courteous. Extra wishes like an early arrival and late departure were no problems. We're hoping to be back soon!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir sind von der Ferienwohnung hellauf begeistert gewesen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Selbst für die Waschmaschine war Waschmittel da. Die Klimaanlage und die Moskitonetze an JEDEM Fenster haben wir sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren total nett und sehr um alles bemüht. Ein Traum! Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles an Ana und ihren Mann! Im Ort selber haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine richtig lebendige Dorfgemeinschaft. Man bekommt alles , was man so braucht direkt im Ort. Wir denken sehr gerne an die zwei Wochen in Omisalj zurück!

Amazing holiday experience

A wonderfully well refurbished house in the middle of historic Omisalj. Private parking and walking distance to the historic market place at the church tower where village life takes place. Nikola is the perfect host doing everything to make the stay memorable. Try his home product "Hello" and you taste the flavour of the region. We have been fortunate enough to view the world cup final Croatia vs. France on that very market place which turned into a perfect public viewing location and after match party zone with dancing and children playing. We are already looking forward to coming back....

Charmantes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage

Ein gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus, das sogar genug Platz für 6 Personen bietet. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage und die Moskitonetze gestalteten den Aufenthalt als sehr komfortabel. Die drei Badezimmer hatten zudem einen ziemlich hohen Standard. Das Haus hat eine angenehme Lage: ruhig, dennoch nicht weit von Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Busbahnhof und dem dem Meer entfernt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte Krk und Rijeka sind innerhalb einer dreiviertel Stunde problemlos zu erreichen. Herr Nikola Veljačić war überaus gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Nettes Ferienhaus in der Altstadt von Omisalj

Das Ferienhaus hat einen sehr hohen Standard. Es ist sehr alt und authentisch. Das Haus ist frisch und hochwertig saniert. Insbesondere wussten wir die gute Klimaanlage, die gut ausgestattete Küche und den vollumfänglichen Mückenschutz zu schätzen. Das Haus liegt ruhig in mitten der beschaulichen Altstadt von Omisalj. Wir fühlten uns willkommen in der Nachbarschaft. Unser Sohn spielte hier gerne mit den einheimischen Kindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Speziellen Dank für den schönen Bootsausflug! - das ist eine sehr gastfreundlich! - Schöne Grüße Christoph & Familie

Ein wunderschönes Haus in der Insel Krk, Omisaj

Wir hatten Glück, das Haus dieses Jahr zu bekommen und waren positiv überrascht. Gute Lage...ca. 8 Minuten zum Strand. Im Stadtteil Omisaj, gibt es wenige Touristen, meistens Einheimischen verbringen da ihren Urlaub, also sehr autentisch. Restaurants, Läden und alles was man braucht ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. 3 Etagen Haus, 3 Toiletten, alle Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Klima in jedem Zimmer, ganzes Möbel, Küche und so neu. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich; unkompliziert konnten das Zimmer einen Tag länger haben...hat uns alles erklärt und allgemein sehr Holfsbereit und freundlich! Eigener groser Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses. Sehr zu empfehlen.. Preis Leistung stimmt definitiv. Der Vermiter ist ehemaliger Kapitän, er hat uns mit seinem Bot auf das Festland gefahren, wo wir halben Tag verbrachten haben und dann zurück auf die Insel Krk. Es war schöne Zeit.
