Welcome to "My little Zanzibar - House 1" - the first of our two beautiful fisherman's cottage in Zirchow and equipped with all the comforts of a top holiday home. In the middle of nature and yet close to the city: in just 8 km you reach the imperial baths Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin with their beautiful fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches.

Relax in a well-kept and furnished in pleasant color house. It is ideal for 4 adults or families with 3 children and in every season is worth a visit, as it offers a perfectly equipped fisherman's house with fireplace and sauna. After the sauna you slip into a cuddly bathrobe and linger on a beautiful property on park-like grounds.

In just three minutes you have a dreamlike view from the high point of the lagoon on the water. "My little Zanzibar" is in the south amidst the nature park Usedom with its forests, meadows and lakes.

The heart of the house is our modern and equipped with brand appliances kitchen. A chic island with ceramic hob and counter seating is the meeting point of the house. The kitchen is equipped with fondue, raclette, an extra built-in dishwasher, a built-in microwave, oven and a large fridge-freezer combination.
Original polish pottery for 12 people contributes to the atmosphere.
There is also a washing machine and 2 bicycles available.

In all rooms we have put much emphasis on pleasing colors and cozy lighting.

The neighboring village of Korswandt is just 3 km away. It is known for its large golf course "Baltic Hills" and a beautiful swimming lake.
This lake, the "Wolgastsee," is romantically nestled between beautiful deciduous trees and inviting benches and it is great to walk here.
"Will I say for a moment: Stay, you are so beautiful" - here you are one with nature.
A jetty with pedal boat and rowboat rental and a small beach make for a great holiday. For snacking, the snack bar on the lake offers a good deal and for gourmets we recommend the restaurant of the "Idyll am Wolgastsee".
For those with a sweet tooth, Eiscafe`Helene has a good selection of delicious ice cream and cakes.

The fishing village Zirchow is characterized by its new thatched houses, the old fisherman's houses were modeled after. In the fishing village there are more houses under construction.

Within walking distance there is a restaurant with playground and children's adventure world, bicycle rental, pedal car rental, parachuting and sightseeing flights.

In the fishing village of a bread delivery service is offered. The nearest ATM is in the village Zirchow.

Zirchow is connected to the island cycle path.

Our prices are final and include all energy costs, use of bicycles (damage of any kind will be paid by the tenant) sauna, fireplace, one-time linen and towels, parking in front of the door and final cleaning.
