Your holiday home has many advantages: spacious rooms, four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower, a loving interior and a wonderful pool (11m x 5.5m, depth 90 cm to 2.30 m) with a Mediterranean garden. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and a lot of peace.

The spacious terrace (350 m2) surrounds the house and thanks to the brick grill you will be able to organize wonderful evening parties. After the entrance portal, you will discover the pool on the left and two old mighty trees that provide enough shade for a siesta. The avenue will then lead you to a beautiful fountain and the brick grill.

When you enter the house, you are in the spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Cooking is also a pleasure for demanding hobby cooks (electric cooker, induction hobs, microwave, large fridge with ice dispenser, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine). The kitchen is equipped with a large dining table that can easily accommodate up to 12 guests. The living room (TV with German channels, HiFi, DVD, internet access) with Provencal natural stone fireplace ensures comfort. Guests looking for relaxation here in spring or late autumn, when the evenings are getting fresher, will enjoy a crackling fire.

On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet. The first, spacious room with African decor (double bed 140cm, TV) and the second (two single beds 90cm) have access to the terrace and the garden. The shower rooms are equipped with electrically heated towel rails and hairdryers.

Upstairs there are two more rooms: a bedroom (two single beds 90 cm, TV, shower room) and a second, very friendly (double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, TV) room, which has a bathroom with a massage bath. A separate toilet is on the floor.
