35 km inland from Hyères and the “Presqu’ île de Giens” with its beautiful beaches, this lovely property is located 800 m from Pignans, a small, charming village on the edge of the “Massif des Maures”. There, 16 fountains and numerous plane trees offer a pleasant freshness in summer. An ideal place to enjoy a pastis or a glass of rosé on the terrace in peace and quiet.

Garden and land
Your holiday home features a beautiful swimming pool (11m x 5.5m, depth up to 1.7m) set in a garden with Mediterranean plants. The spacious terrace (350 m²) surrounds the house, and thanks to the built-in barbecue, you’ll be able to host wonderful evening parties. After passing through the entrance gate, you will find the pool on your left, along with two large, ancient trees that provide ample shade for a siesta. The path will then lead you to a lovely fountain and the brick-built barbecue. The house offers plenty of parking spaces.

The property
Ground floor
The whole house is air-conditioned. Upon entering the house, you find yourself in the spacious and very well-equipped kitchen, perfect for keen home cooks. The kitchen features a large dining table that can easily seat up to 12 guests. The living room, with its Provençal natural stone fireplace, creates a cosy atmosphere. The ground floor also features two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The first room, which is spacious and decorated in an African style (double bed, TV), and the second (two single beds) both have access to the terrace and the garden.

First floor
There are two further rooms on the upper floor: a bedroom (two single beds, 90 cm, television, shower room) and a second, very pleasant room (double bed, television) with an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate WC on the floor.
