My stay at Jan’s amazing mountain studio apartment was perfect for my needs. I was attending a writer‘s conference. The studio is spacious, welcoming, and has everything you need. Tucked in an adorable mountain town neighborhood and just a short walk from Colorado school of mines and downtown. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the Clear Creek, parks and downtown area. The space is one big room, but so intentionally furnished and planned out for guests’ comfort. We stayed about 2 weeks and had everything we needed. Jan was super responsive to everything we asked about. Thanks for a great stay

This was the perfect space for my spouse and me to stay when we were in town for a Red Rocks concert (just a short drive away from here!). Super comfy bed, pretty bathroom, and a nice kitchen area. The place is spacious and had everything we needed (even a sewing kit when one of my buttons fell off and an umbrella when it rained)! Fridge, washer, dryer and dishwasher were all available. I really like this area too, it's very walkable and the Blue Goat is only a couple blocks from the main street. We walked to breakfast every morning, and took a stroll around the shops once or twice too. There's even a decent sized farmers market on Saturday!

Perfect space and location for walkability to all things Golden and short drive to concerts at Red Rocks. Host Jan thoughtfully provides everything you need for an effortless experience. We especially appreciated the reusable shopping bags; they were useful for tolling around town. Additionally useful were the blankets for a picnic lunch and seating at Red Rocks. Super clean space and comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Five stars, without hesitation. The location is ideal, an easy 10-minute walk into town. The studio itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. I loved every bit of this stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
