Welcome to our 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo located in the heart of Golden, perfect for up to four guests! Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of four on your trip to Golden! The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go in Golden. No Car? No problem!

The bedroom has a KING bed with a large walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. The living room has a comfy couch (which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV with full cable.

The apartment was as described and the host was super responsive. There was a strong lingering cooking odor throughout the space during our stay. Per the description, I envisioned us in the heart of Golden. While it was close, it wasn’t what I expected. It was across from a school and in the same space as a bank, so more business feel than cozy downtown. On 2nd floor, no balcony. Very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property was very clean, easy to get to and very quiet. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was amazing! The bathroom was roomy for the two of us and the shelves came in handy. Red Rocks is only 13 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous rental in Golden! So close to everything, organic grocery store right across the street, easy check in and out experience. This place is so well set up that you’ll feel right at home. Even the pull out couch is comfortable! Stefan was exceptionally responsive to all messages, and even dropped off an iron and ironing board when we needed it. We’re so happy with the whole experience! This place gets all the stars!

What a Gem in Golden!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Golden condo! The space felt shiny and new, with beautiful furnishings and all the comforts of home. Stefan, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless and welcoming. This will definitely be our go-to whenever we’re visiting Golden or the Denver area. Such a perfect area for all of what we had planned for our little getaway to Colorado. The Condo was extremely clean and well furnished with everything we could possibly need. It’s close to downtown and a hop, skip, and a jump to the Red Rocks Amphitheater. We didn’t need to bring or buy anything. Awesome place in great location

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo. It is modern, clean, and well accommodated. Lovely decor. The location was great—close to groceries, parks in Golden, and easy access to Red Rocks and other beautiful parks and trails in the area. Only 20 minutes or so from downtown Denver.
