Unser Aufenthalt war schrecklich. Wir haben vorab bezahlt- kamen an und es war schrecklich. Das Geld haben wir natürlich nicht zurückbekommen, obwohl wir uns tagtäglich bei Fewo und bei unserem Vermieter gemeldet haben und unsere aktuelle Lage beschrieben haben- am Ende wurde einem nicht mal mehr geantwortet.Wir haben unseren Vermieter direkt 10 Minuten nachdem er weg war angerufen nachdem wir uns die Wohnung richtig angeschaut haben weil er uns so gehetzt hat, dass man sich nicht einmal richtig umschauen konnte. Wir haben ihm gesagt dass überall Spinnen und kleine Krabbeltiere sind- Schimmel und es einfach dreckig ist. Uns wurde richtig dreist gesagt dass man ja sauber machen könnte und den ,,Staubsauger“-Der nichtmal funktioniert hat, benutzen solle. Uns wurde ins Gesicht aufgelegt und danach wurden wir bis zum letzten Tag des ,,Urlaubs“ ignoriert . Wir haben vorab 45 für die Reinigung bezahlt und da sehe ich nicht ein selbst zu putzen IM URLAUB. Unverschämt und Verantwortungslos. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig als die Wohnung sauber zu machen. Unser Putzwasser war 5 mal schwarz. Überall krabbelten kleine Tiere auf der Matratze, auf dem Boden. Schimmel, Spinnennetze und Spinnen. Unsere Tür konnte man nichtmal richtig abschließen, womit man sich überhaupt nicht wohl fühlen konnte. Die Lage war gut, man war direkt beim Strand und beim Hafen. Jedoch stellte das einen nicht mehr zufrieden.
