Very spacious house with seminar room (for up to 20 participants) and large, well-kept garden in a quiet residential area. The attraction of the house is the construction trailer, which is equipped as an experience accommodation. The house is perfect for sports or family vacations (also for 2 families), for seminars and team meetings in a private atmosphere (max. 12 people) or your work stay in Spittal / Drau. Central location not far from the skiing and hiking area Goldeck (5km), city center (2km) and the Millstättersee (12km). Good starting point for winter sports, as well as all holiday and sports activities in summer, such as mountain biking, rafting and hiking.

Rustig gelegen woning met mooie tuin in leuk plaatsje

Ruime woning met meerdere vertrekken. Wat gedateerde, maar volledige inrichting. Ruime tuin met diverse mogelijkheden om in zon of schaduw te zitten. Woning is rustig gelegen en met een kwartiertje lopen ben je in het centrum van Spittal. Mooie uitvalsbasis en veel mogelijkheden voor bergwandelingen of bezoeken aan diverse meren in de omgeving. Uiterst prettige verwelkoming bij aankomst door de eigenaresse.
