The Log House is approximately 2,600 square feet of comfort and joy.
3 levels; bedroom (queen) and bath on each level for your own space and privacy.
Main Floor: Great room -hardwood floors - vaulted wood ceiling - floor to ceiling boulder fireplace open to a sunny dining room and fully equipped kitchen with center island. Powder room and Master bedroom with whirlpool tub - separate shower.
Upper Level: Bedroom-bath-loft (great space for reading) overlooking the Great Room.
Lower Level: Gathering Room with pool table - TV. Bedroom - bath - laundry room. Patio with outdoor seating. Deck with hot tub kept hot year-round.

Cozy cabin with nature all around!

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was exactly what we were hoping for! Quiet neighborhood with walking trails, golf courses and beautiful scenery. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub every day!

Your home was exceptional. My two suggestions would be to consolidate your pots and pans in the kitchen to leave an empty cupboard for guest's food, and invest in new firmer mattresses. I loved the hand painted decor and children's memorabilia. The decoating made me feel right at home.

This is the second time I stayed at the cabin, but first time with friends. The interior is beautiful and has plenty of amenities, even some spices and foil. Everything was great. I would recommend bringing a fan if you stay in the upstairs bedroom (the box fan helped but it was still a little warm). The hot tub was relaxing and the fire pit was nice, even though I didn't get to use it this time. It's only 15 minutes from downtown Galena and the Piggly Wiggly. Check out this gorgeous cabin if you're interested in Galena!

Great Weekend in Galena

We have stayed at this cabin several times in the past and are very glad to see that the new owners continue to take great care of the property and guests! We love everything about this place and hope to be back in fall!

Awesome place

This was a very well kept living quarters. It is great for a group of friends to hang out and get away. Very close to town to visit establishments. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Galena area.

Perfect home for couples getaway

The house has all the touches to make your stay comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, each couple had private space. The deck and screened porch were lovely as our weather was in the 70s.

4 of us high school friends came to the cabin for a 40 year Reunion, is was so relaxing and peaceful. What a beautiful little town, fun shops and yummy cafes. We loved it and will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed the weekend with a couple of friends at this cabin. It was very clean and absolutely cozy. Loved the beautiful fireplace! The kitchen was well stocked as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Weekend Getaway to Galena

We loved the cabin. It is a beautiful house with a lovely patio and a three season room. The Hot Tub was definitely the best part of our trip, with a beautiful view of the woods. Our toddler loved the games available. Overall an amazing place to spend a weekend or more.

The cabin was lovely! Much nicer than the photos indicated! Such a pretty area and plenty to do even in February! Had fun skiing and shopping on Main Street. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend for a family getaway. Plenty of space and well appointed.

Beautiful weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were able to relax in a beautiful setting while having access to downtown Galena. The fact that it’s set back in the trees is a huge plus. The hot tub was perfect and pool table was a blast. TONS of games to choose from and ready to play. Spent lots of time playing charades in front of the lovely fireplace. Loved this place !!

Galena cabine

Arrived Friday night to a quiet, snow dusted cabin. Inside was better than expected and spent most of the weekend curled up relaxing in front of the fireplace or in the hot tub.

Why they chose this property

Our dream was to own a log cabin in Galena and after staying at this beautiful property for many years, we purchased it in 2021! This well-built property by Robert Johnson Builders and has all the perks of a great vacation home getaway.

What makes this property unique

The Galena Log Cabin is in the Resort Core close to the owner's club (fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool) and just feet away from miles of hiking trails. Also, since it is in the Galena Territory, the Cabin is very close to Eagle Ridge Resort where guests can enjoy golfing, spa, restaurants and sledding in the winter.

The house is whimsically decorated for all to enjoy and comfortable for guests of every age. The open floor plan allows guests to enjoy meals in each other's company, however the bedroom suites provide private space.
