Well appointed home in a nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our week here very much. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool area was terrific and added to our enjoyment. There were a couple of concerns, the blinds on the windows were not in the best of shape. A couple of the slats fell off a few times. We had issues with the oven not turning off. We contacted the owner and he had someone come look, but we were leary of using it. Bedside lamps did not work. Lighting in the living room consisted of just the overhead ceiling fan light. Additional lamps would be helpful. We enjoyed our time tremendously and would recommend it. Attention to the few minor things mentioned would make this home a 10 out of 10!

Excellent vacation home

My family and I stayed here end of Dec. / beginning of Jan. 2023. The property was very clean, and any storm damage from the hurricane was cleaned up and resolved. Bedrooms were spacious, and beds were very comfortable. We had a 2 year old as part of our group, and the provided travel bed, high chair and pool safety fence were just the ticket. There is a park just a block away, with very nice and clean playground equipment. There were adequate pool 'toys' and beach chairs and umbrellas. Any questions I had for the property owner were promptly answered; both before our trip and during. Owner was very accommodating. We had no issues with this property during our stay, and we would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienvilla und haben die 3 Wochen sehr genossen. Haben uns gefühlt, wie zuhause, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die neue Deko und das neue Bad sind sehr schön. Die Kinder waren aus dem Pool nicht rauszubekommen, so begeistert waren sie :) Über den täglichen Besuch der Häschen und Eulen im Garten haben wir uns sehr gefreut... Bei einer technischem Frage, haben uns Paul und Ania sehr schnell geantwortet und das Problem war auch am gleichen Tag behoben :) Vielen lieben Dank für alles und bestimmt kommen wir bald wieder :) Liebe Grüße Familie Seiler/Kerber

Nice property

Good communication, clean and adequately equipped. Previous renters left a lot of garbage that garbage collection wouldn't pick up. Property managers took care of it ASAP. Overall good experience
