About this property

Ahhh...Florida sunshine awaits! Come relax and make memories with friends and family in this gulf access waterfront private home for up to 6 guests. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of full/full bunk beds, plus a full sleeper sofa in living room. The Florida room has a full murphy bed however this room only has a ceiling fan, no direct A/C. Enjoy outdoor dining and grilling by the heated pool and spa. Rent bikes to ride down the quiet streets or go to Sun Splash water park that is only 10 minutes away. Or maybe go shopping at the many nearby stores. Don't forget to rent a boat or bring your own to keep at the dock so you can go to the many nearby beaches like Sanibel and Captiva to collect seashells or sit and watch the sunset! Fishing supplies and beach accessories are provided. Electric charge - .18 cents/per kWh charged for electric use except check in/out days are free.

Best Family Vacation!

My family traveled from Raleigh area, NC to FL for WWBA baseball tournament. Instead of getting a hotel room, we decided to book a house instead and came across Kristy’s place. Our baseball team lost out early, but that was ok because our stay ended up being a wonderful family vacation. The kids (and me and the hubs) loved the pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was updated, clean and had a very spacious layout. We would absolutely visit Cape Coral again and stay in Kristy’s house!

Winter Get-away

Wonderful property with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Clean, nicely furnished home with lovely pool and hot tub. Owners are easy to contact and very responsive. Definitely will return!

Great place to stay.

There were a few quirks that could have been better, but overall this is a nice place to stay. The hot tub wasn’t warm at all, some days the sun would warm it to luke warm bath temperature. The rooms were nice and decent sized. There is a ping pong table for the family to enjoy, along with corn hole. The kids had a blast in the pool, it looks small, but there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware and seasonings (we left a few too). The grill was great we grilled several times for dinner. Also, plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The washer an dryer was a plus to keep the towels clean and dry for everyone to enjoy. We love the beach and went several times during our stay. Beaches are around 45 mins to an hour away. We went to Captiva and Sanibel.
