Located in a secure private estate, just a stone's throw from the beach and the Croisette tennis courts, this lovely house offers the perfect setting for a relaxing seaside holiday.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a bright living room opening onto the outdoors, as well as a bedroom with a trundle bed and its own en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, two double bedrooms share a beautiful terrace with a sea view. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this floor.
Outside, enjoy several furnished terraces with a dining area, garden lounge, summer kitchen, gas plancha, and Kamado barbecue — all nestled in a pleasant, tree-lined garden.
Bonus: A large swimming pool is available in the residence, perfect for relaxing and swimming in total peace.
High season check-in/check-out: Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)
