This luxurious 3BR/2BA home presents an incredible waterfront oasis nestled on a canal for convenient Gulf access. Bring a boat (or rent one nearby) to tie up to the private dock, or rent kayaks and explore the canal.

The screened lanai features a heated pool, spa, alfresco dining, gas grill, and a sitting area. Additional perks include a pool table and jacuzzi tub! Downtown attractions are only 10 minutes away.

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area provides several sitting areas, while an adjacent game room has a pool table.

Featuring ample windows and canal views, the second living area has a plush sectional that converts into a queen-size sleeper and a flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an island, and stone countertops.

When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

This single-level home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find comfort in the tranquil primary suite, fitted with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

The second bedroom is furnished with two XL twin-size beds and a smart TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a smart TV.

The second bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend leisurely days on the screened lanai, complete with a heated pool (5’ deep), a spa, and alfresco dining. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. You can even enjoy fruit from the banana, avocado, and lemon trees in the yard.

The private dock is ideal for fishing or sunbathing. Bring a boat (up to 30’) to tie up for easy Gulf access.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach toys, Netflix, and an extra sleeping cot are available for use. Parking is available for three cars in the driveway.

The fireplace is not operational.

The boat lift is not available for guest use.

THE LOCATION

Dining and shopping can be found within a few minutes of home. Cape Harbour is only 7 minutes away for sightseeing and water sports.

Downtown is approximately 10 minutes away for additional entertainment. For days on the shore, visit Yacht Club Public Beach or Four Freedoms Beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
