Warm natural sunlight streams through the windows of this two-bedroom, bayfront condo in Old Town Ocean City. Wake up each morning to prepare breakfast in the fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher) and cap each evening on the balcony with an incredible sunset view. Additional amenities include a polished living room with a flatscreen TV, two bedrooms with flatscreen TVs of their own, air conditioning, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer for your bathing suits and beach towels.

On the bayside grounds of White Marlin, you'll have access to an outdoor pool at the water's edge. The beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, the fishing pier, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all just two blocks east, with a number of great restaurants, eateries, shops, bars, and sources of entertainment nearby as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring.
Smoking is prohibited.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
