LIVING AREA

Light and airy decor highlight an open floor plan to create a coastal ambiance through the home. Watch favorite shows on the 49” TV with cable. A plush love seat, armchair, and additional chairs provide plenty of space for entertaining.

KITCHEN & DINING

Granite countertops, a full suite of updated appliances, and white finishes set the scene in the airy kitchen.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This beach retreat sleeps six in two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in a bonus sleeping area.

Find tranquility in the master suite, which is furnished with a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination.

A second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A guest bathroom features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The 6’ deep saltwater pool features a waterfall and is the center point of the expansive fenced yard. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun at Indian Rock Beach.

Dine alfresco on the screened patio table with seating for four. Additional chairs provide a perfect spot to relax and watch the kids in the pool.

Outside, two loungers beckon on the covered patio. Utilize the propane grill for a cookout with the whole family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
