Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. 10 minute walk to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach access. This beach oasis home is great for a family getaway seeking some rest and relaxation. There is a spectacular heated pool in a tropical setting and outdoor entertaining area, which includes an outdoor kitchen. This is a quiet neighborhood with a safe walk to Indian Rocks Beach. We are dog friendly and have a fully fenced backyard.

Our Beach Oasis has a large living room with an abundance of very comfortable seating and lounging space. A dedicated work area with a small desk to focus on any work you may need to get done is also located in the living room. You will find board games for your use, books to read (take a book, leave a book), or just sit back and watch some TV on the big screen. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar counter with stools, a coffee bar with multiple coffee making options, and is open to the dining area. The dining room leads to the beautiful deck, which offers shade for outdoor relaxation.

There are three bedrooms. All beds have comfortable mattresses and luxury linens. Pull out sofas has memory foam mattress

There are two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a tub.

You will find everything you need for the beach in the garage, including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler and toys for kids.

Pool is solar heated. Water temperature in the winter will average approximately 10-12 degrees higher than the Gulf of Mexico

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home.

Perfect

Great neighborhood and ideal home with beautiful backyard and deck. 5 miles to Clearwater beach. Owners were very responsive to all questions and check in procedure was easy. Very good restaurants nearby with fresh seafood. Would highly recommend.

Inidan Rocks Beach Stay

Good location, three bedrooms which was perfect for our group. The grandkids loved the pool morning, noon, and night. Some updates would be appreciated.

Fun Times

The neighborhood was safe, house well stocked with everything you need for pool, beach, and kitchen. House could have been a bit cleaner, looked as if it had not been rented for a awhile, cob webs and bug wings on master bathroom toilet lid, nothing we couldn't deal with. Family had a terrific time.

Family vacation in Indian Rock Beach in May

I’ll start off my saying that communication with the hosts was exceptional. We were travelling with a 10 month old and were nervous about the amenities available (play pen, high chair) and thankfully the place was stacked with everything we needed and more. The backyard and pool area was amazing. It was very private, the pool was large and always warm, there was lots of sunny and shady spots and nice features such as the grill and fire pit. The kitchen had EVERYTHING. The coffee bar and supplies provided were incredible. We did need to buy extra toilet paper and paper towel but that was expected. The walk to the beach can be long in the dead heat of the sun but it’s not bad at all in the morning or late afternoon. We enjoyed everything so much we even added an extra day. The house itself was cleaned very well which was a mandatory for us. The pillows and duvets were comfortable. If I had to knit-pick, I would say that some features of the house were dated (i.e rusted metal on lights, switches not working for lights/fan, bathroom faucets older) but either than that, it was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here.

An amazing Easter vacation April 2023

This was the perfect house for our Easter family vacation (4 adults 2 grandchildren 6 and 8 ) ! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor deck and pool are awesome! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped ! Nothing was missing. Beach accessories are great … including Beach umbrella and wagon. Location is wonderful … a lovely 8-10 minute walk to the beach with a park along the way. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely book it again.
