Very close to the town center on foot, the house offers a pleasant living area (open-plan kitchen/living room). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, extractor hood, crockery for 4 people). The living area has a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a TV. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and a balcony, and a shower room with WC. A large wooden terrace (with electric awning) overlooks the garden (washing machine under a lean-to outside).

If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
