Great location

Situated in a great location, the amenities within the suite were very nice. Communication with the owners was fantastic and the whole stay went very smoothly. We would definitely stay again.

Bridgeland area in Calgary

This location is very close to downtown Calgary. It's a beautiful area that used to be know as Little Italy - nice restaurants, some quaint markets and near the "electric train". Also close to the Bow River and nice walking paths. The arbnb was great, as was the host. I would recommend this location if you like being close to downtown Calgary and enjoy a very quaint neighbourhood.

Lovely Spot to Experience Calgary with Kids

We were drawn to this property for its location (close to the train, the zoo, the science centre, and downtown) as we were travelling with two small children and no vehicle. The location was even better than expected, with restaurants and shops (especially the beautiful toy store almost nextdoor) within a few blocks. The property itself was a breeze to check into, and a hiccup with an app was worked around before we even arrived. The place was spotless, had lots of comfortable seating, and was everything we needed for our family's trip. The hosts were responsive when I had a question, and were eager to make sure everything was going well. The neighbourhood also has beautiful tree lined sidewalks, perfect to take an exhausted baby for a calming walk.

Room for Improvement

Poor soundproofing. Upstairs guests walking around at all hours made a lot of noise. This happens on all 4 nights of our stay. Poor lighting in the living room. The living room has a very poor sofa bed and the room shades are not room darkening to sleep properly at night. Yard upkeep was very poor. No slip-proof mat to use in the tub/shower. One window shade in the bedroom did not work. The sheets in the linen closet did not fit the odd shape of the sofa bed. The outside of the house is dingy and could use a paint job, same with the front steps and fence in the front yard. The kitchen was great, the price was great and the location for our needs was excellent.
