This direct waterfront condominium has 180 degree views of the Harbor. Huge deck for entertaining. Located in historic building in the Gallery District with nice floorplan with remodeled kitchen & full bath. It's a second floor unit offering these views & breezes! Wood floors, comfortable furniture, fully equiped kitchen and bath with stack washer & dryer. Note that window units only in bedrooms, but generally great breezes throughout. Owner will consider small dog upon approval. Need to know breed, size and must be housebroken. Parking on site. Also, the cleaning fee is a per bi-monthly fee. Rent MONTHLY from first of May to September 30 for any number of full-calendar monthly period or SEASONAL from Memorial Day to Labor Day, plus or minus a couple days. . Dates are full calendar months, suggesting all rents start on the first day of a month (due to condo rules).

Lovely retreat with spectacular view

We tremendously enjoyed our 3.5-month stay here. The condo is generously-sized with all the comforts of home. We spent many hours on the gracious rear deck that boasts an amazing view of the Ptown Harbor with all-day sun. On-site parking, an easy walk down to the beach, and very close to our favorite restaurants in Ptown. Communication with the property manager was terrific and any issues we had were immediately resolved. Our only suggestion would be to de-clutter the condo a little bit for visitors staying there.

I am rather attentive since I also live in town and will make all efforts that your stay is pleasant without problems. Keep in mind these properties are older but are well kept up. Why they chose this property

This is a new property that I am assisting a friend who owns this unit rent out. It's a fantastic beachside place knowing that whoever stays here will enjoy it too!. Keep in mind that it's also new to me so I may not have all the answers, but will find out for you.

What makes this property unique

I don't service lots of different accounts, basically since I don't have to. I do management for these units to assist friends who need someone nearby to their property.
