Quiet, spacious Provincetown retreat

Welcome to the Song of Light, our Provincetown home tucked into a nature preserve. This spacious, light-filled single family home provides a quiet escape. It is a short, 10-min walk into the heart of town. Even closer you will find the East End Market, Mews, Strangers and Saints, Provincetown Theater, and many art galleries.

This is the perfect retreat for a large family or a group of friends eager to enjoy Cape Cod in comfort.

This 2800 square foot home has a well-equipped kitchen and two areas to gather for meals. Relax in the large living room while looking out onto the woods. 3 large bedrooms include a master suite with cathedral ceilings and a private deck, a bright second floor guest room, a large third floor bedroom (with additional daybed).

We want our guests to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer, including the nightlife. However, we ask that you respect our neighbors and our home by leaving the party on Commercial Street. Please observe quiet hours between 7PM and 7AM.

Note: we have one camera on the property for security purposes, and it’s located on the front porch.

Amazing Spacious Retreat

The house is very clean and comfortable. It is very close to the middle of commercial st. so when you left there it took no time at all to get back by car. If the weather is cooperating the walk would be about 30 mins. We all felt very safe there.

This property is a fantastic find for enjoying all that Provincetown has to offer. While slightly removed from Commercial Street, its seclusion affords its guests a much needed respite! Great house in perfect Ptown

I'd highly recommend staying at Alex and Kirk's property in Ptown. It has everything we were looking for, including comfort, charming, and quaint. The locaiton is very good, as its about a 5 min walk from the hustle and bustle of Commercial Street. Several times during the say, my group said "We definitely need to stay here next year"

Perfect peaceful home

We had a fantastic stay here during Ptown family week. The location was perfect for us - far enough away from town for peace, quiet and nature, but still a quick bike ride or walk to the main part of town. It was immediately obvious that hosts care about the house - it has the best-appointed kitchen of any home we’ve stayed in, as well as really nice decor and furnishings throughout. The views of the forest out back and large front porch were favorite moments as well. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

A Lovely, Spacious Home!

Stayed here with a group of friends and we had a marvelous time! We had so much space to spread out and decompress, but also had plenty of moments where we gathered in the wonderful communal areas. The book collection, fully functional & stocked kitchen, beach towels, and gorgeous porches & balconies were especially appreciated. This was my first full week in Provincetown, and I will absolutely be back after having such a great experience!

Perfect Ptown house

Lovely Ptown house tucked away in a quiet corner of the town, only a 3 min cycle to everything Ptown has to offer. The hosts communication before and during the reservation was quick and easy; the house was immaculately clean; friendly neighbors; and all the bedrooms well proportioned with a large reception room. Definitely recommended.
