About this property

Escape to comfort in an intimate, casually elegant style condo. Located in beautiful Indian Shores, this spacious vacation home has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation for family, friends or a romantic getaway. Just a 2 min walk to beach access!

This spacious townhome offers a second-level main living area, where you’ll find a an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light with tranquil coastal décor. The townhome is accented with a private covered balcony. Your private covered balcony offers a perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Enjoy a slightly obstructed view of the Gulf at the far end of the balcony. This is the only unit with a partial view of the Gulf!

The bedrooms are located on the third floor. Spread out in your spacious main bedroom with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and the bathroom offers a beautiful walk in shower. The second bedroom has a pair of plush full-size beds in the guest room, plus a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is close by.

Enjoy the condo complex’s communal pool and fishing dock. Enjoy meals at the convenient picnic table right by the pool and dock. The dock is available for launching kayaks.
Head downstairs to the garage where guests have access to a kayak, swim board, life jackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and 2 bikes are also provided for guests during their stay. Parking is available inside and outside of the condominium. Also, complimentary Wi-Fi and a full washer/dryer in the laundry room. Just off the main living area, you’ll find a half bathroom.

The townhome is a 20 minute ride to Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes to downtown Clearwater. St. Petersburg Beach is 20 minutes away. Centered in a great location in the Tampa Bay area. Only 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

**Signed Biltmore Guest Agreement is required.** Guests will be asked to sign and initial our Guest Agreement before access to the property.

Spring Break

Overall our stay was great. Great location too. The beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrella need to be replaced.

Five Stars at St. Pete Beach

This property is clean and comfortable with enough space for our family of four to spread out. The screened in private porch is a great space to relax. There's a great ice cream shop and bodega about 20 seconds away and the beach is just across the street.

Very nice

Great location. Pictures matched what we saw in person. Easy walk to beach access. We were a little concerned that the last review was from about 10 months ago. Nothing to fear. Aside from a few days of wind and cooler temps it worked out very well.

Enjoyable Stay.

Cute and comfortable for our family. Very short walk to public beach access. We enjoyed the screened in porch and beach toys provided.

Florida stay

Great location, short walk to the beach. The listing said obstructed view of the beach. There is definitely not a view of the beach- just buildings and a road. You are the first condo so it’s very noisy and you can hear all the cars and trucks. Also it’s a decent walk to the pool because the pool is on the other side of the condo complex. They gave us the wrong code for check in so we had to call at 11pm with 3 children in the car. The ceiling lights in both bedrooms didn’t work, the nightlight bulb was burnt out, did not provide cutting board or drying rack, minimal cooking supplies, the tub was useless because there was no plug so had to shower my 4 & 2 year old and bathe my 1 year old in the sink, the water filter needed to be replaced, and the batteries were dead in the remote. This place needs a little TLC. It’s cute and clean but the little details make this a 3-stars.
