Perfect for families and couples, this second-floor mountain condo, one mile away from the famous Steamboat Ski Resort, will be the perfect choice! Come back from the slopes to warm up by the gas fireplace while the chef of the group surprises everyone with a delicious, homemade meal! If the weather is nice enough, you may take advantage of the private balcony and sip on a refreshing beverage while admiring the mountain views. The kitchen is well-appointed with every single appliance you could need to whip up everything. This condo is having renovations completed and will have an updated kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new mounted TV's, and more upgrades by January 2025.

Ultimately, we loved how close the stay was to everything. Fortunately we had a friend able to drive us around. Even if we didn't, the place was close enough to walk and there are bus shuttles near.

Dated but Functional

This place was just okay. It was mostly clean and mostly functional, but it wasn’t great overall. Unit seemed very clean on arrival, but the next morning I noticed a pan full of bacon grease left by a previous guest. We also noticed the smell of weed from a neighboring unit (after signing a pretty strict ‘no smoking policy’ for our unit). I texted the local property manager about both items and got no response. There was at least one lightbulb out, no garbage can in the master bathroom, and the bunk bed frame, while not unsafe, needs to either be replaced or the screws tightened—it rocks a little bit. The dining setup is a bit funky. At least one stove burner wasn’t properly seated after the unit was cleaned, so it seemed like not all of the burners worked even tho they did. My son was unable to find the pump for the air mattress on the pullout sofa, and the info in the unit didn’t provide any clues where to look. The lock on the unit storage area is secure, but could be upgraded. The hot water is great, but be mindful if you have small kids. The cold water is great.

Fine place to sleep

The unit had a nice living room and kitchen and was a great location (15min walk to the base of Steamboat), but was definitely a bit outdated. The biggest issue was that the wifi was virtually unusable.
