In the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan's nicest beach), walk to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Area is very lively. No need to rent a car.
Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom apt with million $ view, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.
Large parties: We manage other apartments in the same building also listed on Airbnb. Click on my picture (next to where it says "hosted by Beatrice" to find them.

Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.
