Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay with our daughter and granddaughter this week. The location is perfect for access to some of our favorite 30A stops. Enjoyed being right on the private beach to make access easy.

Just perfect

The description accurately depicts this lovely beachfront property. The home is cozy and clean and so inviting. The back porch is shaded and protected during rain and the living room is delightful if ever you don’t want to be out on the beautiful white sandy beach! In addition to all the amenities listed there were lots of other small touches that made the stay even nicer, plenty of dish washer soap, lots of towels, extra paper towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. Internet, spacious closets and storage. The host checked in on us and was super communicative and helpful. Definitely worthy of a repeat. Hoping to get a chance to do that soon.

Family Spring Break - would stay here again

Location is fantastic. Perfect for young families as we were back and forth from the beach frequently each day. Kids loved playing in the grassy area at the condo. Beach was pristine and having the chairs and umbrella set up early each morning was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental on the water!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Capistrano. Great location to Rosemary and Alys Beach. The dog friendly apartment was perfect for our pooch as she had a nice grass area to run and we could just walk straight down to the water. Private parking space. High quality furnishings and clean unit! No beach towels included- so pack your own. But beach chairs and umbrellas are included. We will certainly return in the future!
