This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is nestled far enough off the main road to experience a tropical retreat! While still being close enough to the main bike bath, The JN Ding Darling wildlife preserve, and the Sanibel Recreation Center. Cooling off during the day will be a breeze with 3 sets of french doors that open up to serene screened in lanai! This home features a king bedroom suite with en suite bath, a queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. There is high speed internet and a new standing desk for those that would like to work in paradise. New LVP flooring throughout! The Sanibel Recreation Center with lap swimming a weight room and tennis courts are just across the street and is available for a drop in fee. Sparking Bowman's beach is just a short drive down the street. Make this home your perfect vacation spot for an extended stay on Beautiful Sanibel!
