Mountain Pine Retreat is a cozy 3-bedroom cabin in the desirable Terry Peak Subdivision, just minutes from skiing, hiking, and exploring the Black Hills. With space for up to 6 guests, this cabin offers a bright and open main living area with modern rustic charm, multiple outdoor living spaces with breathtaking views, and a private hot tub for the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.



Main Level Highlights:

■ Open Concept Living Space: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, and large glass doors that fill the space with natural light. The living room includes a fireplace and comfortable seating — a perfect gathering space for friends and family.

■ Outdoor Living Space: Sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck with stunning mountain views, BBQ grill, and patio seating for meals or relaxation in the fresh Black Hills air.

Lower Level Fun & Relaxation:

■ Second Living Space: Accessible via a spiral staircase, this cozy living area features comfortable seating and a large TV — an ideal hangout for kids or a quiet movie night.

The Neighborhood:

This is a beautiful area of the Black Hills. It is on the Terry Peak Ski Area - over 6000 ft elevation. The scenery is beautiful.

Nearby Attractions:

■ Snowmobile and ATV right from the cabin. Trail access at Recreational Springs Resort.

■ Terry Peak Ski Area: just a 0.5 miles from the cabin to the main ski lodge

■ Mickelson Trailhead, fishing, golfing, scenic Spearfish Canyon: 15 minutes away.

■ Lead: 10 minutes. Deadwood: 15 minutes. Sturgis: 25 minutes.

■ Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park: Just an hour’s drive.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles. 1.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.

**This cabin is pet friendly. There is a fee of $75 per dog, with a limit of 2 dogs. We do ask that you keep them off of the furniture and beds and pick up after them.

Access and Parking:  Driveway accommodates 1-2 vehicles.  0.5 miles of unpaved, hard-packed road.
