Located in the desirable Gilded Mountain Community near Deadwood, South Dakota, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin is the ideal retreat for families and groups of all sizes. The large wraparound covered deck spans three sides of the home, offering stunning views of the Black Hills. With a gas BBQ grill and a cozy outdoor wood-burning fireplace, it’s the perfect place to relax, entertain, watch for wildlife, or enjoy your morning coffee. Just outside the lower-level patio doors, you’ll find a hot tub—perfect for a long soak after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring.



Main Level Highlights

Open Concept Living Space: The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove—ideal for preparing family meals. The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large picture windows to take in the breathtaking scenery. Relax in the indoor hammock and dive into a good book. For meals, enjoy a dining table with seating for 8 and 5 stools at the breakfast bar.

Outdoor Living Space: Step out onto the expansive deck from multiple access points. It features a gas grill, outdoor wood-burning fireplace, and ample seating—perfect for enjoying mountain views in every season.

Laundry Room: Just off the main entrance, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Living Space: Sliding glass doors open to the lower-level patio with a round hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars.

**This cabin is pet friendly.  There is a fee of $75 per dog, with a limit of 2 dogs.  We do ask that you keep them off of the furniture and beds and pick up after them.

The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in the desirable Gilded Mountain Community near Lead, South Dakota. As a guest in the Gilded Mountain Community, will have exclusive access to the Community Clubhouse, a premier facility featuring a heated pool, relaxing hot tub, rejuvenating sauna, private game room, and an inviting loft area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additional amenities in the clubhouse include a pool table, foosball table, poker table, arcade game a large screen TV.

Nearby Attractions:

- - Terry Peak Ski Area: Minutes away.

- - Mickelson Trailhead, fishing, golfing, and scenic Spearfish Canyon: 30 minutes away.

- - Lead: 7 minutes. Deadwood: 11 minutes. Sturgis: 30 minutes.

- - Mount Rushmore: Just an hour's drive.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate 4-5 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

This cabin has paved roads and plenty of parking. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter. It is easy access to snowmobile and ATV trails. The Terry Peak Ski Area is a 5-minute drive and Deadwood is 10 minutes.
