The house was even better in person!!! Every little detail was thought through and the owner was great to deal with. Beautiful property with pool and everything inside was brand new! Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in this bright, airy and spacious house

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the stay at this airy and spacious house over long weekend. Matt was great in communicating details before the stay. Directions were clear and check in was smooth. The house was ready for our arrival (lights and heat are on, pool heated, all bedding set up). The house is spotless clean. Well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is fully stocked (including spices, oils etc). Nespresso machine with plenty of pods to choose (no decaf so), selection of teas. All appliances are in great condition. Common areas have Sonos system. Big TV in the living room with surround sound. Our family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. There is plenty of bath and pool towels. Multiple umbrellas to provide shade if needed. In general, it was very relaxing stay for us since we had everything we needed in this house. No frustration over something missing or not working. Location is good. It's a short 5 minute drive to downtown of South Hampton and Hampton Bays for restaurants and markets. The train tracks are just next to the property and you hear trains passing by occasionally but it did not bother us. We would definitely come back.

JAW dropping property

I recently stood at this property with my husband and two young children. From the time I stepped foot in the door till the last day of our stay I was in awe. House is very well kept and impeccably clean. It seems as though it was recently updated and layout was thoughtfully designed. Every single item in this house was top notch. The kitchen appliances, the linen, the furniture…EVERYTHING was of quality!! There is a basement with lots of space for the Littles to enjoy as well. Open space layout so there is space for a large party and even more space for a smaller party like ours. There’s surround sound inside and outside the house. The pool/hot tub were amazing. For an extra small fee you can have the pool heated to 87°. Even at night when it was 65° the pool was still enjoyable! There was nothing more that this house needed Everything was perfect!! The owner reached out to us during our stay to see if everything was going as planned. I also had contacted him during our stay. He responded quickly. My little ones absolutely loved it here they did not want to leave. The only thing that bothered me a little bit and I hope this does not take away from the review, but living in New York City, I am used to curtains for privacy, and although the property has privacy, it just felt a little weird walking through the house at night, with no curtains. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you for everything!
