Welcome to Riverwood Wonder: a pet-friendly, boho-chic cabin right on the Chestatee River with a large hot tub, riverside firepit, and direct access to paddle, fish, or float right from the backyard. Surrounded by trees yet just minutes to Dahlonega Square and the famed Wine Trail, our 2-bedroom retreat has hosted over 200 five-star stays since 2021. Perfect for a family getaway, friends’ trip, romantic weekend, or a peaceful work-from-nature escape, you’ll enjoy the comfort of home with the adventure of the North Georgia mountains right outside your door.

You have the entire cabin, nearly 2.5 acres, and 200 ft of private river access. The last mile is a gravel road with occasional potholes...drive slowly. An SUV is helpful but not required.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please include them on the reservation. Please do not let dogs on the beds or furniture.

Good to know
River activities are at your own risk. Adult life jackets are provided, bring sizes for kids. Please bring beach towels for the river. No events or parties.
