Welcome to your1 Bedroom, 2nd Story Condominium with a view of the pool. Relax and enjoy the greenery on the balcony. Located mid to east of town tucked in behind El Dorado Medical Center and is a one minute drive from St. Joseph's Hospital. Enjoy nearby cycling, golfing, shopping, hiking, restaurants, and is and 6.4 miles from the University of Arizona. It has everything you need from kitchen utensils to extra towels. Enjoy your stay!

Not close to U of A & felt unsafe.

This was advertised as close to university, but it was a 20-25 minute drive. The owners try very hard but this is a dated and run down unit in a low-income apartment complex, complete with crying babies and barking dogs. On the positive, it is very close to the loop bike path. Still a decent value for the price.

Worst neighborhood possible.

The actual unit was as appeared in the picture. It had been cleaned and the host provided all the amenities necessary. She could not overcome the blight and disarray of the neighborhood. It was a mess; the wood facia was rotting out and the place had not been painted in years. The neighbors threw their trash out on their patios or on their decks. There was dog excrement everywhere. OUR CAR DOOR WAS KEYED DURING OUR STAY. I have pictures. The host lied to us about the neighborhood, in that, she said the parking lot had been recently resurfaced and numbered for parking spaces which was not true for building "F" and that the building was nice, which was definitely not true. The swimming pool was surrounded by an 8-foot chain link fence with one door with a key lock. "WHY?" Not a family vacation positive picture.
