Le Solei with Peloton & Heated Pool

Welcome to Le Solei! We named this house after our newborn daughter in hopes to provide a location for friends / family to come together and celebrate those who matter in their lives.
A portion of our profits will be allocated towards future affordable housing for social workers, non-profit workers/volunteers, & 1st responders (since I used to be one)! We don't believe great people should worry about high rent!

Per city of Scottsdale: short term rentals have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.

The interior:
• As a guest of our property, you have multiple areas to hang out with your friends and family! You can start by chilling on a luxurious sectional sofa and watch the newest shows on Netflix or Hulu on our 50" Smart TVs.
• Once you're ready to get the night started, head over to the dedicated make-up bar to get ready with individual vanity mirrors.
• Sip on a glass of wine while playing shuffleboard while others can sit back and take some IG/TikTok worthy pictures and videos throughout the house.
• After your night out in Old Town (only a 7 minute Uber ride away), come home and get a good night's rest on our luxurious Purple branded King and Full sized mattresses.
• Start your next day energized with a ride on a new Peloton Bike+ (toe cage adapters are installed, so you don't need your Peloton shoes if you want to pack light!).

The exterior:
• Craft some pool side cocktails right on the bar cart and relax on new lounge chairs as you watch your friends jump into the deep-end diving pool.
• Gather around the fire pit outside next to our intimate dining area.
• Sink your feet into the comfy artificial turf and toss a few bags in a game of cornhole.
• Please note that we do not have a outdoor BBQ onsite as we have found our guests to want to explore the exquisite food scene here in Scottsdale more than anything!

Pool Heating
• Upon request (min. of 4 day advanced notice required), the pool can be HEATED for an ADDITIONAL $75 fee / night with a minimum of 3-night stay due to the utility costs for the heater. Our pool can be lit up at night while you enjoy a night swim as we installed a brand new pool heater. Pool heating is a must if you intend to use the pool from November 1st through April 30th, as a majority of residents will not feel comfortable in due to the desert winter climate.
