The nearby Hesdin forest and the river (La Planquette) will be a destination of walk to find peace and rest.
Historic places a few kilometres from the cottage will arouse your interest: site of the battle of Agincourt, ruins of the fortified castle of Fressin, Place d'Armes d'Hesdin-La-Forêt where the Tourist Office and other historical points of interest are located as well as many restaurants., as well as in Montreuil sur Mer at 19 kms, a magnificent city steeped in history and very touristy.
And if you feel like it, you will find the fine sandy beaches of the Opal Coast 35 minutes away by car.
