This lovely, bright two-room apartment of 50m² with a beautiful 20m² terrace and sea view is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a residence in a residential area.
It is composed of:
- Bright living room with sofa bed opening onto a beautiful 20m² terrace
- Bedroom with 160cm wide double bed
- Separate fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
- WiFi
- Air conditioning
- 1 private garage in the residence for one car (included in the price)
Ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the heart of Golfe-Juan, close to all shops, restaurants, etc. The beach is only 1.3 kilometers (15 minutes' walk) away, and the train station is 1 kilometer away.
Linen rental (sheets and towels) is available at an additional cost of 35 Euros per person.
Additional services on request:
- Cleaning during stay service at a cost of 25€ per hour
- Complete linen change (sheets and towels) at a cost of 35€ per person
- Towel change only at a cost of 15€ per person
